Design and Curate
1. Consultation
We will meet with you on site to discuss your vision. We will assess the site, and discuss with you how and by whom your project will be used in order to get a clear picture of your needs. We can provide references and locations of some of our completed work sites so that you can visit and get a feel for our work.
2. Design proposal + estimate
After the consultation visit, we will provide you with drawings and proposals to give you a better understanding of the scope of our work, the design process and the services you would like us to provide. If you accept the design proposal we will move forward with the proposed project.
3. Adjustments + Agreements
After the initial estimate & design proposal, we will make adjustments according to your preference until we reach a mutual agreement on the project outcome and price. We will then enter a contract and requesting a half down deposit to get your project on the appropriate contractors calendar
4. Your vision coming to life!
The day has come for the project to begin! The project foreman &/or general contractor has communicated with you prior to starting your project to ensure you are both on the same page with the project details, expectations and estimated completion date.
5. Curated + Completed
The project is now coming to completion. Before the General contractor signs off on the project, take a look to ensure all expectations have been met! An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent - in the meantime, thank you for choosing Rock & Dirt Works!
